WHAT PATIENTS SAY

Finally Know What Therapy Is Supposed to Be...

I've been in therapy several times in my adult life, on my own and as part of a couple (two couples actually), and thought it was impactful. Boy was I wrong!! Comparing these experiences to working with Dr. Garlington is like night and day. I simply cannot compare because I feel I know how therapy is supposed to be and how it should work for me. In my past experiences with therapy, I don't believe I was ever "gently challenged" to dig deeper into my thoughts, challenges and pain points the way I am with Dr. Garlington. There is ZERO pandering and 100% guidance and enquiry to help see yourself and others from a different perspective. I have learned a lot about myself in my time with Dr. Garlington that has changed how I interact with key individuals in my life. The impact of that change has been positive.
